• Custom logos and brand elements must be owned or authorized by the client.

3. Orders & Payments

• Orders are confirmed only after written approval (via WhatsApp, Email, or Website).

• Pricing is shared transparently before production; no hidden costs.

• Payments must be made in full before dispatch unless otherwise agreed.

4. Delivery & Timelines

• Delivery timelines are shared at the time of order confirmation.

• Safe Bites will not be responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Intellectual Property

• Logos and brand designs provided by clients remain their property.

• Safe Bites does not claim ownership but reserves the right to display non-confidential design samples in its portfolio.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Safe Bites is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Our responsibility is limited to the value of the product purchased.
